Are you looking to update your personal brand? The JLD Partner Projects Committee hired a professional photographer from Imagetek Photography for members to have headshots taken over the course of three days in October. The cost is $75 for two professional headshots. These typically run $150-$175. JLD will receive a portion of the proceeds!
- Purchase a $75 ticket
- Sign up for a time slot. A link to sign up for a specific time slot will be included in your confirmation email. You must sign up for a time.
- Arrive for your headshot on your assigned day about 10 minutes prior to your designated time. Don't forget to wear a mask and social distance from others!
- The photographer will confirm your name and ask for your email at your session. About a week after the session, you will receive two edited headshots from Imagetek Photography.
COVID-19 RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I understand that accidents or contraction of COVID-19 or other illness may occur by participating in volunteer shifts or attending in-person events. By registering for this shift or event, I release the Junior League of Denver (JLD), its agents, officers, directors, consultants, and employees from all liability based on any damage, loss, illness or injury, whether it is the result of ordinary negligence or otherwise, caused to me as a result of my participation.
Further, I understand that JLD does not assume any responsibility or obligation to provide me with financial or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability benefits or insurance coverage. I expressly waive any such claim for compensation or liability on the part of JLD beyond what may be offered freely by JLD in the event of injury to me or the incurrence of medical expenses by me.
I hereby release and forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold the JLD harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, any and all causes of action from any claim whatsoever, or demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation or loss to myself that may be caused by any act, or failure to act, of the JLD or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any voluntary activities with or for the JLD and which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency during my tenure as a volunteer with JLD.
As a member and volunteer, I hereby expressly assume risk of injury or harm from attending in-person volunteer shifts or JLD events and release JLD from all liability.
BY REGISTERING FOR THIS SHIFT OR EVENT, I CONFIRM AND AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RELEASE OF LIABILITY AS WRITTEN ABOVE. I UNDERSTAND THAT I AM A VOLUNTEER AND AM NOT AT ANY TIME REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY IN-PERSON ACTIVITY OR EVENT, FOR OR ON BEHALF OF THE JLD, AND THAT IF I CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE I AM DOING SO AT MY OWN RISK AND WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND IN AGREEMENT OF THE WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY WRITTEN ABOVE.
